DR. BENJAMIN WATSON

Dr. Benjamin Watson

Holistic Chiropractor

Wellness Educator

Dr. Benjamin Watson believes that true healing begins with the energy available to your body, heart, mind, and spirit. His approach is rooted in the understanding that when the body is given the right conditions, it has the innate ability to heal, transform, and thrive.

A graduate of Parker University, Dr. Watson now serves as an adjunct professor at his alma mater while also sharing his passion for education at Granbury ISD. His journey into holistic chiropractic care began in 2018 during his internship when he experienced a profound shift in his own well-being. That moment reshaped his path, igniting a mission to master the art of spinal entrainment—a gentle, yet powerful method that helps the body release stored tension and repurpose energy for healing and vitality.

Dr. Watson’s work integrates neurostructural chiropractic principles with intuitive, hands-on techniques that assess fascial and muscular systems, structural tension patterns, and overall energy flow. Each session is an invitation for the body to awaken its own healing potential, promoting balance, resilience, and a deeper connection to self.

What to Expect
Your wellness journey begins with a free consultation—whether in person, over the phone, or via video chat—to determine if this approach aligns with your needs. If you choose to move forward, your first session will include a holistic assessment of your lifestyle and health goals, followed by a customized spinal entrainment session. Additional supportive care may include traditional chiropractic adjustments, manual therapy, muscle testing, therapeutic exercise, or guided stretching, tailored to your unique presentation.

What This Is Not
Healing is a journey, not a quick fix. Dr. Watson’s approach is not designed for acute injury care or symptom-based pain management. Instead, it is an invitation to step into a deeper relationship with your body’s natural rhythms and capacities for growth. Insurance is not accepted, but referrals for acute care can be provided upon request.

Beyond the Practice
Outside of his work, Dr. Watson finds joy in rock climbing, chess, and playing guitar—and while basketball is a fond memory, his passion for movement and lifelong learning remains strong. He is dedicated to helping others discover their own potential for healing, growth, and embodied well-being.

COBY KING

Coby King

Health Coach

Holistic Chef

Creative Director

My wellness journey began in the world of elite gymnastics, training at an Olympic level under Kevin Mazeika, Men’s US Olympic Coach. From a young age, I understood that what we put into our bodies directly influences our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The discipline, focus, and resilience I developed as a competitive athlete, winning and placing in state, regional, and national championships, laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to health and wellness.

After retiring from competition, I spent a decade as a Creative Director for Fortune 500 companies, where I gained an insider’s view of the packaged food industry. What I witnessed—artificial ingredients replacing whole foods, and scientists in labs replacing chefs in kitchens—was a turning point. I knew I had to be part of the solution, not the problem. This realization led me to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I became a Certified Health Coach and began my mission to make whole, nourishing food more accessible.

With a deep love for cooking and a passion for holistic wellness, I expanded my work beyond coaching and became a Holistic Chef, founding a cold-pressed juice company and an organic food truck that brought fresh, nutrient-dense meals and beverages to the community. These ventures allowed me to connect with people in a tangible way, helping them experience the transformative power of real, nourishing food.

At Prana Wellness Group, my mission is to help you create a personalized roadmap to wellness—one that aligns with your unique body, lifestyle, and goals. Together, we’ll move beyond diet trends and quick fixes, finding a way of eating, moving, and living that truly supports your energy, health, and happiness. Through mindful nutrition, holistic health coaching, and culinary expertise, I provide guidance, mentorship, and practical strategies to help you cultivate a lifestyle that feels sustainable, fulfilling, and deeply nourishing.

Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether through food, movement, or mindfulness, I am here to help you reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom, nourish yourself with intention, and create a vibrant life rooted in balance and well-being.

DR. DANNY VAN NOY

Dr Danny VanNoy

Dr. Danny Van Noy

Doctor of Chiropractic
Applied Kinesiology
Functional Nutrition
Epigenetics
Organic Herbs & Supplements

The benefits of chiropractic care beyond neck pain, back pain, and headaches sparked Dr. Danny Van Noy’s awareness at an early age when his grandfather received life-saving help from a chiropractor practicing applied kinesiology (AK) in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. His grandfather was diagnosed with polymyositis and Western medicine said that the progression of the disease would start shutting down involuntary muscles next… and that he probably wasn’t going to make it once that began.

Through applied kinesiology testing, the chiropractor discovered high mercury toxicity levels and introduced the concept of chelation. That doctor quickly became the family’s primary means of health care and Dr. Van Noy noticed the positive effects it had on him and his loved ones.  This experience brought clarity that his calling is to be the catalyst for medical “failure” patients to find wellness!

Dr. Van Noy graduated from Parker University in Dallas with two Bachelor of Science degrees (Anatomy, Health & Wellness) and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree with cum laude honors. During school he participated in a chiropractic mission trip to serve the underprivileged people of Peru. He has completed the 100-hour Applied Kinesiology certification, under Dr. J.J. Gregor, and is trained in functional medicine through the teachings of Dr. Datis Kharrazian with Harvard Medical School research and Apex Energetics. Dr. Van Noy has great enthusiasm for learning and applying new information and techniques that assist in his care, and with a passion for wellness and alternative treatments that allow for natural healing, he truly cares for his patients’ well-being

Treating the body as a whole, Dr. Van Noy sees a full array of ailments from structural issues to migraines to more complicated conditions, such as neuro degenerative/neuro developmental cases.  His true passion is for the medical mysteries, like his grandfather, who have been written off as hopeless by other doctors and who have lost hope themselves.

Dr. Van Noy has complete faith in the principles of alternative therapies and knows that our bodies have an unlimited capacity to improve and heal. He is deeply devoted to serving his community from a holistic perspective with a goal for his patients of getting them back to being as healthy as they can as fast as possible and maximizing their expression of life to the highest potential so they can fully enjoy this life experience.

Outside of chiropractic, Dr. Van Noy enjoys live music, spending time with family/friends, taking road trips with his dog, Bones, and staying active through exercise, yoga, and climbing.
